Lying between the sea and the mountains, the province of Ascoli Piceno has a deep culture of fish and wine, but it is especially the olive that owes its success in international cuisine.<\/p>\n

The culture of the olive green that, according to legend, was falling into the salt water so acquires its characteristic taste is rooted in the area since Roman times, when you already know the variety “tenera ascolana”.
